O atendimento é excelente, o que não me surpreende, pois Maceió de longe é a cidade mais acolhedora do nordeste, por isso que a escolhi para passar as férias com a minha mãe neste ano. O hotel é limpo e o clima é agradável. Não achei as instalações antigas como relatado em outras avaliações. A piscina tem um espaço agradável, mas acho que o horário que finaliza o acesso é muito cedo, 20hs. O café da manhã é muito gostoso com variedades ok pra ter uma refeição balanceada pela manhã e a localização é excelente, próximo à praia, a avenida e aos quiosques mais badalados de Ponta Verde e Pajuçara.

Localização excelente, há poucos passos da orla de Ponta Verde. Destaque para o atendimento, chegamos as 11:30 e a recepcionista foi super atenciosa, apesar do quarto não estar disponível nos deu a opção de utilizar o banheiro do hotel para trocar de roupa e aguardar na piscina até liberar. Acabamos indo para a praia. Todos do hotel são atenciosos, atendimento humano. Recomendo !

Excelente estadia no Palms Tropicalis Hotel

A estadia foi incrível, o café da manhã excelente, em especial ao escondidinho de carne seca, almoço divinamente delicioso. Apenas duas observações: o telefone do quarto 601 não esta funcionando, foi comunicado na recepção, mas não foi resolvido. E essa noite (3 para 4/05) choveu e deu uma goteira que pingava bem no vidro (na parede de vidro no canto esquerdo próximo a televisão), algum vazamento entre o vidro e a estrutura metalica.
