What a lovely place to stay in Jerusalem! I believe this is owned by the Vatican and a particular place for Christian pilgrims. It is clean and beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was staying there on the day when the most recent conflict started, and I was anxious about canceling my stay and catching the train home while they were still running. The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day.
