Hotel OK para pernoite, no entanto só havia uma pessoa na recepção que demorava 10 minutos no mínimo para cada atendimento. Ficamos 30 minutos com uma criança aguardando para somente assinar a ficha e mostrar os documentos (Não demorou 3 minutos), pois a reserva já havia sido paga. Falta de estrutura de equipe (só havia uma pessoa no atendimento) e desorganização quanto a operação em nenhuma segmentação.

Passamos só uma noite, mas gostamos do hotel que é bem moderno, limpo, organizado, bem localizado, próximo ao aeroporto. Só não gostamos da pizza que pedimos ao restaurante, além de cara, veio muito dura e com pouco queijo. Isso deixou a desejar.

Hotel é bom para o que se propõe. Cage da manhã é muito bom, com destaque para frutas e foleados. O serviço de quarto, porém, é pessimo. Pedimos sanduiche de queijo e hambúrguer as 22:40, fomos informados que não poderiamos pedir hambúrguer as 22:50 e trocamos o hambúrguer por pizza. A supreza veio quando ligamos, as 23:30 para cobrar o lanche e fomos informados que o pedido não haboa sido registrado por ordem de um erro do sistema. Perguntamos como não tinha sido registrado no sistema se ligaram para informar que não poderiamos pedir hambúrguer? Resultado: 0h20min nos pediram mais tempo para a entrega do sanduíche e da pizza, qiando cancelamos o pedido para dormir com fome.
