It’s like many properties in the Third World. The design is great, but the maintenance is left to be desired specially American design properties, where most of the skilled workers don’t know what you’re doing so the room is left with tiles loose or fixtures that are not incomplete order. I did like the easy access to the beach. I did not like the condition of our room. Drapes did not close correctly and the bathtub was flooded when taking a short shower. That room needs proper maintenance urgently. And what is supposed to be a private area is crowded with people offering food, drinks and services, usually being really invasive.
