Manager and staff are super friendly and customer service oriented. Place was super clean and comfortable, bedrooms are huge, beds clean. Walking distance to few restaurants options. Pets stayed for free and price was great.

Our new stay destination when visiting Lake City or Live Oak. The new owners have high standards for cleanliness and the staff is very attentive. Just remember to program the IHOP next door in the GPS as Google Maps doesn't recognize the little road that leads in from the highway. Mr Scott was very helpful with everything. We shall return.

The place was absolutely filthy. There was unidentified substance all over the floor. Thr hvac unit was disgustingly dirty. Roaches and other bugs were killed. Mold all under the bed with ancient food wrappers.

They were extremely polite. There was a lightning storm that night and they couldn't make keys for the rooms .so he meet me at the room letting me in. I think other places would of made you wait in the lobby until they could print a key.

First room had no heat but they quickly gave us the next room over. Room looked renovated with a full walk-in shower. Everything else was like new. Still were some small traces of construction dust here and there but nothing to get on a bother about. Room did not have soap or shampoo but the front desk lady handed more than enough over when asked. She was the nicest lady either way. The back building on the second floor though takes in a lot of freeway noise and apparently there are people that rent permanently and we wondered if they were the ones keeping us up past 2am in the morning.

I would like to start by saying that the motel staff were the only pleasant part of this stay. My husband and I arrived late and were exhausted. The first room we were put in was clean, but the door had obviously been kicked in at some point, was broken and in turn would not lock sufficiently. I went down to the lobby and were were moved into the room nextdoor. We were greeted with a roach on our pillow, litterally. There were several bugs in the room, which I killed. By this time I was absolutely exhausted. We slept crossways on the bed, no covers. We woke up early the next morning and packed our things. We went to the lobby and the man there was very nice and apologetic. We ultimately got a full refund and went elsewhere.
