Have stayed several times before & always nice with great staff. Hotel itself is a bit tired - but public areas are nice & extremely good value for money. Free parking and easy access to Rochester

The hotel was very dated, had a really bad smell through out, the room was very grubby, with dripping taps in the bathroom, moukd around the shower & sink. Ive never been to an hotel in such poor condition Myself & my husband decided not to stay there & moved onto a travel lodge in the area.

The hotel is tired to look at but I felt ideal for a working person stop as it was clean, cheap with good internet, off road parking and near restaurants.

Great location for both Chatham and Rochester. Good for train service to other parts of Kent. As we saw in other reviews, the building itself could do with a little tlc but overall was a very pleasant stay. Connor, one of the staff there was very helpful. Definitely value for money 😊👍

Read bad reviews on the way down. We had a superior room and it was absolutely fine. Friendly staff. Hotel is tired and dated but had no issues with cleanliness. Breakfast was nice too though I diff have to ask for it after waiting a while,

Clean but dated. Good value

Clean but dated. The food is good, but the choice is limited - the online menu isn't available in the restaurant. Value for money is very good. The car park is at the bottom of a steep flight of concrete steps that have seen better days. Not for the elderly or infirm. Staff are all very friendly.
