Check in was dire, customer service was terrible. Receptionist unkempt and scruffy. Hotel smelt, arrived at the room to find it cramped, smelly, awful. Couldn't stay there so booked another hotel and left this one within 30 minutes of checking in. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

bedroom was a cosy room massive bathroom our hotel booking came with breakfast but the breakfast wasn’t worth it. you get one of everything and not an option to add items.

Absolutely Disgusting

Filthy Room with suspicious stains on the walls by the bed. Dirty carpet, filthy skirtings moldy bathroom, hair in the bed. Car park out of order so had to park round the back and walk up about 50 steep uneven steps, no good for people with mobility issues. Don't be fooled by the nice Photo, the rooms are absolutely disgusting. Still trying to get a refund as promised by receptionist Amy, but getting nowhere. We couldn't stay in the room for more than 5 mins as scared to catch something.
