Liked everything about the property. You aren’t able to do a later check out past 11am but that’s ok as they do allow you to leave your bags in the hotel if you have a later flight in the afternoon/evening.

Good location but have to walk a while to Sapporo station and there are some stairs basement alley so if you have big luggage, prepare for it. Easy access to subway as well. Room was old and small but clean. Breakfast was amazing as it is on ads.

This hotel is near to many malls which is great for family with young kid. The "western" breakfast is good with many variety and good for family with young kid. The "japanese" breakfast set is a nice experience as you enjoy a city view from top hotel floor. The room is half a "century" old so do not expect too much. The cleanliness of the room is really lacking. I wish the toilet is a little more well furnished. The experience with this hotel is mixed, I really like the location and breakfast, but not the room and the room-keeping.
