It was a nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Just requires a little maintenance in the shower/bathroom area as the shower cube was leaking water into the bathroom and also the sinks were clogged.

Excellent place! Just a short walk to the Selaron staircase and the São Sebastião Cathedral. And it’s a market in the streets just one block away some of the days, with live music. And it’s a very nice place on the rooftop with excellent view and a pool.

Property is near Lapa, so lots of places are walkable. Easy access for Uber pickup/dropoff. Front desk has access to activities to sign up for if you’re visiting and need something to do. Elevators are slow, can take a while and mine the weight limit.

The bed was very old and very uncomfortable. The pillow cases had stains. And the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on them. It was covered by a flat sheet which kept slipping off. In addition I kept itching when I laid down which had me mentally screwed because all I could think of was bed bugs. And yes I had bites but I’m hoping they were mosquitoes bites. The cheap towels was so horrible I was only able to use them once. One day instead of the housekeeper switching my towels, she hung it at the window for me to reuse smh!

A acomodação é bastante confortável, quarto grande e chuveiro bom. Porém, havia vazamento no box, os elevadores acima do 12 andar demoravam muito pra chegar e o serviço do restaurante é lento, embora a comida seja muito boa. Tudo isso não incomoda tanto quanto o barulho dos bares do bairro num final de semana a noite, até umas 04h. Imagino que aos dias úteis a experiência deve ser bem melhor.

Ótima opção no coração da Lapa

Extremamente bem localizado, permite que a Lapa seja desfrutada a pé, sem necessidade de se estressar com o trânsito local. Possui estação para aluguel de bicicleta próximo, assim como é perto de opções de restaurantes, bares e festas. A estação de metrô, ainda que nao seja tão perto, dá pra ir andando. O hotel é simples, mas confortável, com um bom café da manhã, camas muito boas e um chuveiro excelente! Possui uma academia e piscina pequenas, mas suficientes e um terraço com vista para a cidade. Sem contar o valor da diária, que é excelente. Com certeza será minha opção sempre que quiser ficar na Lapa.
