Good hotel with yummy breakfast

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Just requires a little maintenance in the shower/bathroom area as the shower cube was leaking water into the bathroom and also the sinks were clogged.

Excellent place! Just a short walk to the Selaron staircase and the São Sebastião Cathedral. And it’s a market in the streets just one block away some of the days, with live music. And it’s a very nice place on the rooftop with excellent view and a pool.

I had to cancel my reservation I did not completed my check in. The hotel was badwas very noisy the lady at the front desk she was very rude extremely rude they had me waiting for an hour to check in and then they were like 30 people in line to check in I flew for 9 hours and I waited there for 2 hours you wouldn't even talk to me or answer my question. So I told them to cancel the reservations and I booked myself in another hotel I don't recommend this hotel at all lady at the front desk she was very rude

precisa de manutenção

o hotel precisa melhorar a manutenção dos apartamentos. durante a estadia tive problemas com porta rangendo, secador que não funcionava, dentre outros. os lençois e toalhas tambem precisam ser renovados, algumas toalhas já amareladas e com alguns furinhos. O atendimento na recepção precisa ser mais agil principalmente no checkin. Entrada 15h e o quarto ainda não estava disponivel. Precisa dar uma melorada.

A estadia foi muita boa! A MINHA em si NAO tenho o que reclamar lá não, e eu vi muito comentário ruim do hotel antes de me hospedar, maaas chegando lá foi tudo muito bem, o quarto é ótimo, as pessoas me atenderam muito bem. A única coisa ruim q teve foi na hora do check-in que demorou muito, mas de resto nada a reclamar.. SINCERIDADE AQUI: Se vc quer um hotel bom vai gostar de lá, as toalhas não eram exatamente as melhores, mas convenhamos se quer algo de luxo até nisso, é melhor tu procurar outro lugar e pagar mais caro né.. pq tinha gente reclamando disso tbm, e eu não achei nada ruim, normal.. E se achar o quarto ruim, é só ir conversar com eles acredito que irão resolver o problema, tudo se resolve conversando!

O quarto muito barulhento a primeira noite não consegui dormir tinha uma festa na rua em frente ao hotel, o colchão velho desconfortável afundava quando sentava a cama era duas camas de solteiro juntas. A recepcionista tem tratamento diferente ao associados do Hotels.com para quem possui estadia gratuita. Mesmo tendo feito cadastro no Américas Granadas, solicitando quarto em andar mais alto, fui posto no primeiro. E o agravante de passar constrangimento ao chegar ao quarto e já ter alguém.

Funcionários Barulhentos mas hotel é bom

Estadia foi ótima. Porém TODAS as vezes que me hospedo nesse hotel sou acordada com o barulho dos funcionários pelos corredores, falando alto e falando no rádio logo de manhã cedo. Sempre acontece isso. Independente do andar é sempre o mesmo problema. Café da manhã razoável sem muita opção.
