I rented a studio unit and it didn’t disappoint. Very roomy and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located next to New York Cafe, and you can access it from the hotel. The metro stop is on the same block as the hotel, making commuting extra easy. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for getting around the city

After a bad start - leaking tap in kitchen causing water puddle on floor - we were given another room, which turned out to be better, more compact, which suited us perfectly. We had a double studio with bath and washing machine as extras. The bed in another room was perfect, comfy and a good size. A bit of a let down with the bed was when you leant against the headboard to read, the base moved forward every time. The kitchen had all we needed for our 4 night stay, washing machine was old school but we finally figured it out. The dryer rack for that was perfect to put in front of the large windows to dry while we went out for the day. The ironing board was very handy and the iron was clean (some hotels lack in giving a stain-free iron base). The staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly gave us one free breakfast to compensate the plumbing issue. And wow, what a feast that was! So much choice, very fresh, perfect scrambled eggs, amazing!!!!! Thank you very much - you looked after us very well. It was all appreciated.

The room was much larger than I expected with a separate living and dining area, kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was mentioned when I booked the room which made traveling with fewer clothes an option for a long trip. The location is close to several metro and bus lines which made traveling to the Castle Hill and City Park areas easy. Ruin bars being nearby was also a plus.
