The staff at the hotel is the opposite of solution-oriented, especially those working at the reception.
There are parties at the pool every day until 2:00 AM, so you can forget about getting any sleep before then.
There is no cooperation among the hotel staff; everything is divided, and everyone blames each other.
The breakfast is terrible. Dry bread and muesli are what you can expect. Oh, and some croissants too, which were good.
The Wi-Fi barely reaches the room, and the coverage is awful. If you really want to experience Sicily, I would suggest looking at hotels in Trapani, Sciacca, Cefalu, and Taormina.
Make sure to rent a car, as the nearest shop or restaurant is miles away.
