A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

No máximo é um 3 estrelas, não espere mais!

O hotel se diz 4 estrelas, mas não é! Merece no máximo 3 estrelas. O quarto é bem simples, sem decoração alguma. O banheiro ruim, com as paredes descascadas, louça e metais antigos. O cofre estava sem pilha, tive que chamar para trocar, demoraram mais de uma hora para tal. Eu fiz a reserva meses antes, e indiquei amigos que reservaram mais 3 apartamentos no mesmo período, e mesmo assim, designaram-me um quarto no primeiro andar. Pedi para trocar e disseram que estava lotado. O café da manhã é ok. A melhor parte do hotel não era do hotel: foi o cantor terceirizado que se apresentou durante o jantar, tocando violão e gaita. Super inconveniente o pessoal que fica no lobby, tentando vender uma espécie de time sharing e insistindo para que nos desloquemos para outro local para assistir uma apresentação. O descaso com a manutenção do hotel é gritante, visto que até o puxador da porta de entrada principal está faltando um lado! Lamentável!
