Hotel it’s Nice , better breakfast ever , but the receptionist on the front desk are very rude and unhelpful, ( except the waiters on the restaurant area ) the lady who check people to breakfast wasn’t friendly and the elevators aways broke at least one of the 2 available , never come back for the rudeness

Gente... Nao dá para dormir com o barulho que o ar condicionado faz. E parece que isso é geral vc chama a manutencao, nada simpatica, que chega la e diz p vc diminuir a temperatura do ar p minimizar o barulho que permacece alto. Dificil arrancar um sorriso da equipe... Cafe da manhã ok, porem todos os dias sao as mesmas coisas. O ponto bom é a localizacao. Proximo de tudo. Tenham cuidado so com a seguranca.

Se você vai pra maratona do Rio não fique nesse hotel. Eu e um amigo todo ano vamos ao Rio participar dessa prova. Nesse período todos os hotéis "vivem" a maratona do Rio. Um detalhe q faz muita diferença para nós corredores é que todos os hotéis que ja fiquei hospedado no Rio pra participar dessa prova, no dia da prova antecipam o café da manhã para os corredores. Isso faz uma enorme diferença para quem vai correr 42km. Para minha surpresa e de dezenas de hóspedes q tmbm ia correr os 42k) este hotel *NÃO ANTECIPA O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ*. E pra piorar, o café é servido das 6:45 as 10hs.(nunca ví um café da manha comecar tão tarde). Vários hóspedes tentaram conversar com o "gerente" para poder antecipar o café no domingo, (até oferecendo pagar uma caixinha para os funcionários que fossem mais cedo). Porém ele disse q só o dono podia resolver...q ia ver com ele..(q tipo gerente é esse?). Alguém sugeriu para ele pelo menos arranjar uma garrafa de café e uma fruta para o pessoal comer e antes de sair. Ele disse q ia conseguir isso...Mas no domingo quando acordei fui lá buscar 2 doses de cafe, mas nao tinha nada lá...nem isso ele cumpriu. Uma moça que correu a maratona ano passado disse q ela e outros tmbm tentaram antecipar o cafe, mas eles enrrolaram jogando a responsabilidade de autorizar pra um e pra outro e nao resolveram. * PARABENIZO SOMENTE UM GARSON NOVO(UNS 24 ANOS). Nota 0 para uma loira q fica anotando os nomes de quem vai tomar cafe... NUNCA MAIS FICO NESSE HOTEL.

Recepção com péssimo atendimento. Funcionários sem educação alguma. Área da piscina com vista interditada e sem aviso prévio. Camas com colchões velhos que acusam dor na coluna só de olhar. Café da manhã muito fraco. O cartão da porta precisava ser ativado cada vez que tentava entrar no apartamento. Banheiro com paredes sujas. Pintura com mofo. Nunca mais.
