Excellent stay. Room was comfy and had nice views. Hotel was perfectly located for hiking excursions and the plentiful breakfast was a perfect way to start a day of hiking. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious for dinner, and the bar had a great selection of local ciders.

The customer service was FABULOUS!!! Food and wine were delicious and the views were spectacular! The rooms were very basic but comfortable (per the hotel’s star rating). Definitely recommend😊

Located in a perfect place for a night before hiking to Trolltunga. Rather on the expensive side. It has very nice restaurant and a bar. Breakfast variety is limited yet provides quiet and calm environment for enjoying your morning time. Trolltunga car park is just 10 min away. There are big groceries and gas station nearby.

Our only frustration was the fact that our room was on the first floor, and the windows were covered halfway up with frosted glass which completely blocked the view of the rapids running just outside our window. Assuming this is for privacy, a better option would be curtains so guests can control the view.
