The staff were very friendly and helpful without exception. The property is really nice with what is probably the best swimming pools in Nusa Dua.

it was a beautiful property and we so enjoyed our time there. The staff was absolutely excellent on every front and met our every need. One person in particular was so kind to us. Her name was Novi and she worked at the Momo cafe. She was one of the best servers I have ever had and my wife I appreciated her meeting our every need.
