It was our our happy place and fantastatic for relaxation! The sea view from our suite was incredible. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay. Thanks to everyone from the staff who made our stay great, especially to the kind receptionist who did literally everything to get the preferred birthday cake for our son. It is a wonderderful place!

We found the accommodation to be overrated, the complex is of a Greek 4 star standard and is not well maintained. The buffet restaurant is designed for mass tourism and accordingly. Sunbeds were already reserved with towels by guests at 8am, so that we didn't get a free sunbed after breakfast (during the high season in August). Amazing family vacation! A holiday resort designed for families, a large pool, 2 private beaches, a bar with amazing views. Rooms are large and clean. The hotel staff are nice and answer any request. Close to 2 picturesque Greek towns. A dream vacation.

Perfect holiday of us and our children

We like idea of hotel very much. Combination of standard hotel service and appartment facilities provide execelent flexability for families. It is especialy important for parents with small babies.

Really nice hotel

From Norwegians: Amazing hotel area. The beach and the pool was beautiful, and cleaned every morning. Staff was helpful and kind. I would a 100% recommend this hotel. We were not that lucky with the room we recived (1st floor). It was a long way to the closest supermarket and the city.

Lovely place,great facilities

Brilliant holiday. Room basic but spotless and very adequate. Pool area lovely with ample sun loungers. Pity pool shuts at 6-7pm, would have been nice to go for a swim in evening. Food very good, lots to choose from. Supermarket on site - not the best but ok - very expensive, as was Crete in general, reflecting poor Greek economy plus low pound value to Euro following Brexit. Scuba diving instructor very good. Staff nice,polite and friendly.

Nice place let down in just two ways. The lunchtime service was rushed and pushy in the restaurant and the pillows were awful. Third thing, the orange juice at breakfast was awful and this on an island where oranges are in season and all other juice we have had has been out of this world!

Can't wait to go back again next summer and the summer after!

We had a very good experience in this hotel, the location was great, the area is very nice and calm and clean. The Greek people in that area are very friendly and polite. The food in all restaurants was very good but the food in Candia PArk was AWESOME & DELICIOUS!. We were so impressed by the tasty food, buffet breakfast is very rich and the fish/grill taverna that opens for lunch is something to look forward to in our next visit. EVen the Kids Club was well maintained, nice staff, my 4 yrs old enjoyed playing with the other kids in the afternoon after swimming in the nice pool. The pools are all very clean and well maintained. But the most impressing of all is waking up and opening your window to the most stunning sea view I have ever seen! Worth it worth it this place to be recommended highly. My husband is a very picky guy and he loved it!
