It was excellent. Beds were comfy.The only small issue was that our room key was disabled literally at 10:00 (checkout time), so we couldn’t even get back in at 10:01 to give a last check that we didn’t forget anything.

Overall great. Located to many of the attractions in area. Grocery store across the street. Only downfall was the room was noisy in the night from being on ground floor. Other than that can not beat the quality for the price!

It was a great central spot for our plans in the Berkshires. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very large with a stocked kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, etc. The pull out sofa has a thinner mattress so don't expect a lot of comfort, but the king bed was good. A/C could be better in bedroom.

Lovely place to stay … was only overnight for an event at Tanglewood but, the property would be a great place for a multi day stay with family. Great kitchen area and living room and good size bedroom and bathroom. Lots of common space in the lobby area for group gatherings. Great location

Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, nice kitchenette and appliances, friendly staff, nice pool, wi-fi excellent, and great price. Some amenities listed on website were not available (ping-pong, vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant, walking trails on site) or needed repair (jacuzzi- though the motor had recently broken down and was quickly replaced), communication between maintenance and front desk staff (who were unaware that the jacuzzi wasn't working and that it wouldn't be repaired for a few days, which wasn't accurate).
