Dimitris was readily available to assist us with both minor inconveniences (e.g. make minor adjustments to our AC unit) and bigger issues (e.g. organizing our shuttles to and from airport) making our stay as hassle free as possible. We just spent 3 days at Athens City Suites and honestly, it was perfect. It was me, my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable. The room was spotless, really well looked after, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, we could walk to so many of Athens’ main sights without any hassle. I have to give a huge shout-out to Dimitris, the manager. He was amazing, super friendly, and full of great tips on what to see. He even helped organise our airport pick-up and drop-off. It made our whole trip feel so easy and stress-free. If we ever come back to Athens, this is where we’ll be staying, no question.

The hotel was clean. There was no front desk and only communicated through watchapp. The ac was not working correctly. They offered to come and “clean it”. Also, there was a nightclub sound until midnight and beyond.

We had a great time at this location, everything was great, the staff super friendly and accommodating, the main attractions were a few minutes walk away, nothing further than 15-20 minutes The only thing I would adjust is by putting a little divider to keep the water from the shower to run to the bathroom floor, but this was my room I’m not sure if the rest of the rooms were designed the same way
