This is a great place to stay. Resort style with lots of activities for all ages. Love staying here. The sand art to do while here is really fun for all but especially the kids. They get to make sand art and take it home for a souvenir. Indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic. The activities by the pool (whether it is the ice cream social, or hamburger social, it is a plus.

The Royal Floridian was perfect and every way I took my family and our three boys down there for a week vacation and it was just absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and just so nice and right on the beach. It was just wonderful. already planning to return next year to make it a family vacation every year

We loved our stay here! The room was huge, almost like an apartment, with everything that we needed. We had a deck with a view of the ocean, there was a pool and a hot tub, there were games and activities and it was easy to get around. Stayed here for our trip to Welcome to Rockville in Daytona. We had a blast and loved our room. Every morning, we got to watch the sun rise on the beach from our balcony and even got to see the dolphins. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. I hope to stay here every time we come to the area! So conveniently located and in such a quiet, nice area.

The people running the front desk were so nice and,can I say fun. The room was immaculate! The outdoor area was very well taken care of also .It was bike week and the special care of bike trailers and our motorcycles was worth a pay raise for all those hard working guys and Ladies.we had an area roped off for just the bikes. It was very secure , and a n many occasions there was actually a security person standing by them.I just can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Great job everyone...!!!!!!!...I hope this helps you get a raise..lol

I never stayed here before. Love our room, the one bedroom. The deck The view the location. We did have a problem in the bathroom but maintenance was here within a few minutes and took care of the problem! Everyone was so friendly

Had great ocean view. Received two calls prior to check in ( Bryan and his wife) just checkin in on us to make sure check in moves smoothly. Just remember if you don’t bring food to prepare in the room , you are going off property .rooms come complete with full kitchen set up.

Perfect, except for the pillows

I would have given this trip a 5 star review if it hadn't been for the pillows. We had 5 pillows on the bed and my husband and I couldn't find one that was comfortable. The resort was great. They are going through some construction on the deck area, so that was a very noisy yet understandable. Our room was perfect for our needs and the staff was friendly and helpful.
