A lovely stay to celebrate my daughter’s exams. The pool was lovely and the gardens were stunning xx

Really nice place

The room was very nice and clean, a bit warm but with the window open there was a nice breeze. The swimming pool is very nice, heated at the right temperature to be pleasant but not too hot for a swim. Thw building and garden are great.

Great hotel in good location to Cambridge

The hotel has beautiful well maintained gardens and warm outdoor pool. Our room was excellent. Bed comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. Parking area at hotel was large and hotel is close to park and ride to go into Cambridge

Quality stay and using quaint pubs to eat

Beautiful grounds & Room. It’s a perfect place to stay. Re evening meal this is from local pubs in the area. From quaint local country pubs (20 min walk) or a pizza / restaurants in a new very posh housing complex (10 mins). Sainsbury’s also in complex too. I’ll be staying again.

My stay at Rectory Farm

There was poor lighting in the hallway to open the room door, had trouble opening the room door, very noisy at night with doors banging especially with windows open, very comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast.

Quiet and Calm and perfect for Cambridge

Loved our stay. Clean and comfortable. The low beam in the bathroom did make contact with my head a number of times! But this discomfort was more than compensated by the quiet and calm surroudings, the tasy breakfast and the outdoor pool. The location was perfect. A stones throw away from the park and ride and only 2.5 miles from Cambridge centre.

Beautiful property exceptionally clean and super room, bedding and bed extra comfortable. Fabulous staff, beautiful countryside just outside your window. Can’t wait to rush back a little gem.
Karen, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Beautiful gardens, pretty rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast too pricey so went into Cambridge on the park and ride. Apart from a small bar of soap there were no toiletries, the bed was comfey and the room had a lovely outlook over the garden. Very reasonably priced.

Lovely Place

We booked it literally that morning and everything was straightforward, easy to check in and the room was amazingly spacious for what we paid. Only one brief encounter with the receptionist who was very pleasant, beautiful area.
Kerry, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very convenient location, close to M11 (5 min drive) and Park and Ride (10 min walk) but noise wasn't an issue as it was constant in the back ground, almost white noise. Rooms good, clean and with a bit of character. Grounds of the house lovely with avenue of trees to drive up to the building, and walk clearly signposted to local pub (20 mins walk, mainly through fields and woodland). Very pleasant stay.
Frances, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very comfortable and quiet
Julie, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was lovely as were the grounds, but it would have been nice for lunch and/or lunch to be served in the dining room as the the other establishments were very expensive and quite up market making me feel a bit uncomfortable overall. The snacks and coffee room was a bit of a joke, a vending machine that was pretty much empty and a coffee machine that offered only 2 different types of coffee and hot water, not exactly welcoming. And nowhere did it state online or around the property that you have to pay extra to go swimming, i was happy to pay it but then noticed a sign saying no lone swimming, surely if you have a pool you should have a life gaurd as well?
Clive, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful property. We were very pleased by the friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are charming, clean, and full of character. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room that was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Transportation was easy to-and-from town using uber. We will definitely be returning in the future.
