Excellent stay, but not the nicest of areas.

Can’t knock the hotel, the staff, nor the breakfast, everything was spot on. It’s outside the hotel that’s an issue. The whole area round about is in a bit of a state. Litter everywhere and graffiti all over the walls. So I guess the same can be said about any hotel in the centre of Naples.

we stayed one night at Casa D Hotel Napoli on our way to Ischia and it was just perfect, well located within walking distance from the main train station. We had a great stay at this conveniently located boutique hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The friendly front desk team was always there to welcome us and help us out with all our needs. If we have another chance to visit Naples, we will stay here again.

Amazing hotel. Very good customer service and the girl at the reception as Alexia, Carmen and Grecia were fantastic , very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious they prepared even frying eggs specifically for me. The room was very clean and peaceful . Great location closed to many attractions.

Great value Clean an Updated

We wanted a very clean, simple and modern boutique close to the train station for frequent access. What we found was an outstanding value at a more than reasonable price. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but walkable to most venues. The staff is the best, they were courteous, friendly and went way out of their way to make sure your visit was above average and the information they volunteered made our visit to Naples worthwhile. Daily breakfast was included and decent.

A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action! Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

Casa D Hotel served as an excellent home base for our Italian travels. The staff consistently went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional—often the highlight of my day, particularly as someone who prefers heartier fare over traditional al dente pasta preparations. The location couldn't have been more convenient, situated within walking distance of the central train, metro, and bus stations. We also appreciated the proximity to diverse shopping and dining options, plus a laundromat just two blocks away—a lifesaver during our two-week journey. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, though I should note that the hotel doesn't offer scenic views. However, this minor shortcoming is compensated for by the outstanding service and genuinely comfortable rooms. I would recommend Casa D Hotel to fellow travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and exceptional hospitality in Italy.

I had an excellent stay at this newly opened hotel. The front desk was tended by very capable staff who can help you will anything that you may have questions about your stay. My single room was small but sufficient for my needs with a single bed and a spacious bathroom with a nice space for a shower plus amazing water pressure. With the heat being unbearable at times, it was nice to return to the hotel to rest and take a freshing shower. the hotel is as pictured and nicely designed and laid out. Housekeeping was excellent and it starts at 1pm so you don’t hear the noise of housekeeping early in the morning. The breakfast was a nice departure of what is typically offered at airbnb or hotels. There was hot food plus regional breakfast pastries, local meats/cheese, and fruits. There was a coffee machine to make cappuccinos/espressos. The hotel is close to a lot of the sights and esp the port for day trips. It’s however away from the main road so the soundproofing was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to have napoli as a base. It’s about 11 mins walk from the garibaldi station. I found the location safe and in general napoli safe.

The hotel is new and modern. So clean and pretty. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hallways are well lit and beautiful. The front desk was sweet and helpful and there is always someone there trying to make a personal connection. The location is a couple of blocks away from Napoli céntrale and a block away from pizzeria Michele. Great location to get around. Breakfast has great fruit options and they have a coffee machine which produced tasty coffee.
