Booked the hotel for a business trip. Had the worst night ever as since 4 in de morning the fire alarm kept going off every 20-60 minutes this lasted untill at least 8:00 this. After I check at the reception and the staff could not tell me when this would be fixed i decided to check out after one night instead of the planned 3.
I understand unforeseen things like these can happen, but the fact that nobody of the hotel contacted me after my stay regarding any kind of compensation despite this being promised by staff , made me write this review.
I had to make additional cost for a new stay , had to move different business meetings etc.
overall this situation caused a lot of stress lack of sleep (what else you book a hotel for) and also had financially impacted my weekend.
Poor customer service overall
