Location was excellent. Check-in staff was helpful and courteous. Suite was spacious and had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable though it was occasionally a little noisy at night during the weekend from the traffic. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect Location
The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc. We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. The apartment looked exactly as pictures. Yes some of the furnishings are older, and there's a chip or bump here or there, but its very comfortable. Our only issue was our front door was sticking and we needed to put our shoulder into it to open from the outside. We didn't choose a breakfast option when booking, but it was full everyday, so i cant comment further. The swimming pools were both great, but, it did surprise me a liitle how cool the water was, especially to get in, but, once in it was nice. It is the wet season and hasn't been as sunny, so i guess thats the reason. Front counter staff are all incredible, everyday helping us out, in some way. 100% tick to them Loved KL and loved the Parkroyal Serviced Suites and will definitely be coming back. The staff were great

Perfect location
Loved the location, we booked a Premier Suite, so we would have a good view, and we did. Our room front door was sticking, actually had to put shoulder into it to open. The toilet had a very slow fill, at 1st I thought it was faulty. These are my only 2 criticisms. Yes the furnishings are older, but still good, room service were super efficient and i cant speak highly enough of the front desk staff, they helped with every enquiry or assisted when needed. We would stay here again for sure.

Very nice accommodation. Only issue with our room is that there is a construction flaw/damage on one of the windows where there is a gap and it doesn’t shut properly. So we can hear the noise from the streets.

Stayed 3 nights in the studio suite. Room size was good, clean, with equiped kitchen, bathroom spacious. It has 2 swimming pools, level 1 and 31. Located very close to Jalan Alor, Pavilion and most major malls (walking distance). Approximately 15 minutes walk to KLCC and Petronas towers.

My wife and I stayed for a short break. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the apartment, which was cheaper on Expedia than the hotel. Very good location. Excellent service. All the staff were super nice and helpful. The only downside to this service apartment is that it is dated for a 5-star accommodation. Having said that, the price was affordable so we were fine with it.
