I loved the hotel and location. The room was a nice size for NYC and the service was good too. The only downside was that you can hear when the bathrooms were used in the other rooms. I guess the plumbing went through the room (Floor 15). Other than that, it was a great stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Check-in at 4pm; got there at 4:30pm but room wasn’t ready. Fortunately only had to wait 10-15 mins. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities. Only issue was the wait for the elevator, but that seems par for the course with sizable hotels and small elevators.

I love this hotel, everything about it is great. the staff is amazing, the food service, the rooms are spacious and clean the bed works every time. My only gripe is the elevator, it can be annoying as it's slow. Other than that, I am always in good hands!
