Convenient and comfy stay

Booked this lodging pretty late, but enjoyed staying at this chain. The location was surprisingly convenient as it was really close to the metro entrance. The area was relatively quiet, but really accessible to the touristy areas of the city. Comfy rooms overall. A nice stay that is easy to travel from.

I try to stay at APA hotels while in Japan as they are always clean and safe and the staff are always polite and professional. This hotel is near restaurants and convenience stores and the Tokyo metro is connected to the hotel so it’s easy to get around. The ramen place across the road is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at when visiting Osaka.

Very convenient area close to the subway. Staff were super customer service and went over and above what i would expect. I left my laptop in a cab and staff helped me phone the police department to confirm that the in fact had it before I made my way down to pick it up. The hotel rooms was extremely small. There was no room to move about and the bathrooms are tiny little capsules. The check in process was long and unnecessary with staff just watching you struggle

Castle, temples, Dotonbori, Umeda Tower, temples, etc. can't get bored even when it's raining and very affordable. Maybe not for kids. I was solo. Close to many tours around Kansai area. Great for day trips even to Kyoto, Himeji, Kobe, Kanazawa, Nara using APA as a home base. Even has a sento.

Our stay was good. It was in a great location with close access to some of the different subway lines and only a 15 minute walk from JR Osaka Station as well. Close to different cafes and restaurants to try as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the laundry machines. They took so long to dry anything where I eventually gave up and hung things up in my room instead of paying more yen for the dryer that was doing nothing.
