The location is close to a lot of shops , restaurant, Apolo theater and columbia university, i stayed at the Aloft before this time the cleanness of the room was ok , garbage left in the can , fridge need more attention, dust was on the wall on top of tv . Always drama at this place even my VIP status don’t give me good service! I had two reservations and they didn’t connect them regardless of my prior request to do so. At time of entry drama (I had to come from a funeral) to get my daughter inside the place! And of course it was my fault!
