The hotel was new, very clean, very safe. It appears designed for extended stay, and not a one nighter like we did.

Very friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Beds are not comfortable as they just put mattresses on metal frames with no boxsprings but they werent the worst... Great price for how clean it was!

My affordable go to in Jackson Tn

Brand new, maybe a month or two old. Extended stay , kitchenettes, no breakfast but perfect for overnight or longer. Comfortable, clean. Front desk clerk available after 11 pm by phone and she comes to the door and lets you in.

4/10 Fair

The facility was clean. The front desk lady was amazing. What I didn’t like about my stay was it was loud alllll night. It sounded like they were doing construction the entire night.

8/10 Very good

Cleanliness and I comfortable bed or the most important things to me. Wood Springs hit the mark on both. Also, the air conditioning worked great, which gave us a good night sleep. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and recommended a The lady at the front desk was very nice. Our only disappointment was the coffee that is offered in the lobby in the mornings was not available.

Good stay

Excellent service at check in. Maybe I should have expected it, but i can was surprised to find no shampoo and no hair dryer provided. Additionally, the bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult to easily get into bed on that side. The facility was as clean and comfortable and the location was as excellent.

8/10 Very good

I like the cleanliness of the property. I like the full-size refrigerator and the stove top and microwave. I look forward to coming back and doing a longer day. The only thing I didn’t like was the tiny pillows. The first lady we encountered was not very friendly, but she got better. When we left, we met the manager and she was great.
Michaela, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The building is new and staff very friendly. Internet never worked. No iron or board in room.
Charlie, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

One month old property; front staff super nice and efficient. Had an issue with our TV not switching channels (Rm 229) and we were immediately relocated to a new room and everything was in working order. We had a two bed with kitchenette. Lots of cubbies for storage in the kitchen, room & bathroom. There is a tub and shower. Tub sits high so a big step over the sides of the tub to get in. No breakfast at this facility, workout room with treadmill, two bikes, & weightlifting tower; no pool; plenty of parking and well lit; one elevator. This property is priced well.

Brand new as of July 2025

Brand new hotel as of this week. Staff still learning the check in process. Need to put hand towels in the rooms and really need a key drop off box at the front. Lobby is locked up like Ft Knox from 10 pm to who knows when. No breakfast at all, not even an apple or banana. Very clean since it is new.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was immaculate. The room was almost sterile. The smell of cleaners was a little overpowering in the entry and hallways. But not as noticeable in the room. I had to ask for an extra set of towels. Room slept 4, but only 2 sets were in the bathroom. One bar of soap. Had to ask for shampoo for my kiddos that forgot theirs. The office was locked down when i got up the next morning, and the automated coffee machine had no cups available...when i went and found one in my car, i found that it didnt work. The water wasnt working in the gym. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mid size fridge, two burners and a kitchen sink in the room...but there were no dishes or cups. I dont know if i could have gotten some at the front desk or not... i would stay here again. No frills, but it appeared new and clean. I would bring a coffee mug next time, and some instant coffee...
Amy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

We had an unusual hotel experience. The condition and cleanliness of the room was excellent; seemed to be relatively new construction. Negatives: no coffee maker in room; no coffee available in lobby. None available at all. No Kleenex in room. No hand towels. Had a power outage at 4am. No back-up generator. When I went to lobby to inquire, I entered the lobby using panic bar on door. No one was on duty. The front desk/counter was closed behind a steel curtain. I was locked into lobby, because it required the use of the card key which wouldn’t work due to the power outage. Fortunately, I had my phone, and called my wife to come down to open the interior lobby door, and of course she had to prop open the door to our room so we could get back into it. Wanted to get an early start, so the hotel exit door had to be propped open so we could get in and out of the building. No one answered the “emergency” number. By the time 6 am arrived, the power was back on, but the front desk was still locked up.
