Property is under construction. Room was clean. Temperature was 93°, the room and it took 4 hours for it to go down to 80. Feel that they should have had rooms cooled for guests. You have to walk across the parking lot for breakfast, ice and the pool. Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs. But her was very old, almost discenigrated. At the hotel you had to call a phone number to get someone at the front desk. Again, room was fine and a good rate. Across street from Nutter Center.

When I arrived there was a sign at front desk stating to call number for service, left to eat and someone finally came out to help. Hotel overall was hot especially on floor 2 where I was. Entered room and it was 92° on the thermostat, finally cooled down around 12AM. Also no ice machine on site you have to walk across the to the next hotel. Found a fountain drink cup and half of an Easter egg around bed. Sink drain was backing up too.

Dont go here unless your planning on getting drunk. No pool, whole place stinks. Health code violations. Pool was at 72 degrees but in greene county the water must remain 80-83 degrees to maintain healthy water. Wow

They are in the midst of remodeling and changing to a Hilton Surge, so missing Ice machine and pool closed but we could use the Clarian as they own that one across the parking lot too. Room was comfortable despite not having the remodel complete.

I wish they would’ve let me know I had to pay a $100 deposit even after I payed for the room. I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit on top of pay for the room I spent my last $120 on the room due to an emergency and had to ask a friend to cover the deposit because they wouldn’t even issue a refund.

Our stay was good. There was some issues though. First, it was 93 degrees in our room when we got in. We turned on the air and it took all night to get to 70 degrees. The fridge was unplugged. Luckily we noticed before our food spoiled. There was trash and popcorn on the floor by the bedrame. The hallway leading to the room was hot as well. I'm guessing the air wasnt on in the hallway either. The bed linens were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.

This property is completely under construction. Pool closed. No refrig. No Microwave in room. No ice machines. No breakfast. We understand that we may be able to use the neighboring motel in the morning. The room was 91 degrees when we entered. I don't recall seeing any of this information when booking a room. The front desk person was very nice and helpful but this will be a disappointing stay.

There is another place to stay with the same name on the AFB and GPS initially wanted to send me there, so keep that in mind. I believe the property is going through a name change so that should solve that issue. The front desk staff couldn't have been friendlier. She took the time to get me checked in, had a nice conversation, and even took the time to take me up to my room. One negative is the room was 92 degrees F, when I walked in. It was already late, so it took probably 2 hours or more to cool down to a temperature where I could sleep, other than that the room was clean.

My biggest problem was the mattress. I tried sleeping on both beds and they both seemed to have "dips" across the center side to side. I understand that they are in the middle of new flag company.

This hotel is old and run poorly. The sheets smelled like someone had sweated in them. The room I was in has tons of mold to the point I could smell it and my clothes in my duffle bag were damp from just sitting on the floor. Lastly, my friends son was using the pool, slipped and injured himself. The staff would not let the mother see the incident report yet emailed it to her and there were so many lies in there. The pool area is unsafe and not up to code. My friends son was not running or doing anything he shouldn’t have been as we were there watching them and reminding them not to do anything they shouldn’t.
