The hotel is outstanding! It is convenient, relaxing and a gem. The staff are delightful and very responsive. Everyone went above and beyond, including Sana and Sam. I had a great rest and loved every minute of my stay. Parking is easy and convenient.

Services and staff (Sam) were super from beggining to the end. But the street is a bit noise… well it’s NY! The room were good but Turn a blind eye to finishing touches (missing floorboards, short curtains, unfinished bathroom ceramics). But I still recommend this new hotel!

Novo was good. The room was dusty, but overall is was comfortable. The staff were friendly. They had coffee and a gym. Which I think they should add wipes or something for when people finish using the machines and free weights to wipe down. I wasn’t crazy about the area. There was construction going on. Overall is a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel it was very comfortable when I wanted to stay in the room again for two more nights it wasn't difficult to get the staff was averagely friendly my room was very clean and my floor had noise but it wasn't something I couldn't deal with so all in all it was a good day and around the time I went it was a good price my only pet peeve was that the bathroom shower door did not close and sharing the balcony

This hotel is a great location for us as we visit family in Brooklyn. We will absolutely use again. The reno of this hotel doesn't appear completely finished, but we understand that it takes time. We are hoping for some better-quality bedding next visit out. The sheets were rough and didn't stay in place (no fitted sheet, just two top sheets). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hoping that they do well and can be successful.

Beautiful experience

It was our first time in Brooklyn. We stayed for the weekend to see a concert down the street. The stay was very welcoming and the staff was quite accommodating. The view was amazing absolutely stunning hotel for a weekend stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, I think the bathroom was also quite nice and spacious. All in all I would 100% book another night if I could have.

I stayed here twice. The first room was very nice with a great balcony. Great experience. The second room was on the ground floor. Felt creeped out having such a big window overlook the sidewalk.
