Da jeg ankom om aftenen kunne man ikke tjekke ind, jeg skulle tjekke ind i baren og havde lidt travlt men skulle vente på 5 gæster skulle have vin og øl - før at jeg blev tjekket ind. Min Parkering var der ikke styr på og deres morgenmad var meget begrænset. Så ift. pris var det ikke super. Meget fine værelser dog og beliggenhed.

Et hotell som ikke bør ha mer enn tre stjerner på tross at det hadde fire stjerner. mange mangler: ikke toalettpapir, når jeg etter å ha gått ned i resepsjonen får WC papir, så er dette av dårligste kvalitet. tørkepapir måtte jeg også etterspørre.

An sich ein wunderschönes Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern in zentrale Lage von Dortmund. Aber alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Teppichboden. Wirklich „unique" waren der Gestank im Badezimmer und die komplett untaugliche Fernbedienung des TV-Geräts (leider typisch für manche Samsung-Modelle). Das Bad machte einen komplett renovierten Eindruck, aber der WC-Sitz war nur einseitig befestigt. Woher der Modergeruch kommt, der auch im Schlafzimmer deutlich wahrnehmbar war, bleibt ein Rätsel ...
