FALSIFIED INFORMATION
First i was very disappointed about the falsified information from Hotels.com. When booking I got the impression that there would be getting buffet breakfast but to my surprise we were told at the front desk that it was at the discretion of the hotel. After staying for two nights we only got a plate for one person.
Also. They kept coming to ask us to pay every night even after paying. I had to always remind them that my booking had already been paid for from Expedia. Which gave me the impression that there is a communication gap at the front desk and it was really embarrassing that I had to remind them over and over that the booking was already paid for.
