Great Resort with excellent service, comfortable beds. if you are arriving late, and is looking for something to eat. Stop somewhere else before arriving. The restaurant closes early. The Resort is about 20 min from Multnomah Falls .

The pools were closed due to break down, the room heater kept turning up, the bed was hard. Was staying there to enjoy the hot spring and was disappointed that they were not up and running.

Some of the Hot tubs & miniature golf were down. No bathroom fan. Mineral pool we went during Adult Swim time but there was a kid jumping and splashing around.

They are just reopened, and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the bar, and our Tri Tip salads were tasty and huge! Very happy an old family favorite destination has reopened!

Nice room, but advertised amenities that were not available like a cafe and happy hour in bar Had to leave hotel to look for breakfast which was suppose to be available onsite. Seemed disorganized and not completely up and running. Outside pool was dirty. Indoor pool and spa very nice.

All the pools and hot tubs were open along with the bar and restaurant. The outside hot tub was a little cooler than expected but hot tub inside pool house was plenty warm. Enjoyed the cold plunge. Had drinks and good food at the bar. We stayed a king room with hot tub which was clean and comfortable. Hot tub warmth was adjustable up to 104. Friendly staff. Great experience especially considering they just recently re-opened.

The property has only been open a few weeks. I understand they're working out the kinks. We will give it another try when they've been open longer and all of the amenities are available.

The hotel did not notify us that the only outdoor hot springs was closed.
The restaurant was closed during hours the website said it would be open.
The front desk associate was unsure if our room was ready though it was 3 hours after check in. Adults only hours were not enforced in the pool facilities. The hot tub was literally cold and appeared to be very unclean. Our hotel room didn’t have hot water and it took nearly an hour for them to find a new room.
Rooms in placed appeared to be unfinished. And a number of rooms I passed by had the doors partially ajar. Which felt unsafe.
The hotel has been reopened since February but is very clearly not ready for service.

Paid for a Mountain View with a hot tub and didn’t get either of those. Had a patio table but no chairs. We were supposed to check in at 4 and our room wasn’t ready until almost 5.

Beautiful lodge and pool area. When booking my stay, there was no way for me to add a massage. When arriving, I was told that I can add a massage on their website, but it wasn't working. I walked down to the spa area and they told me that they were booked out tell Sunday and that I could take an apt for 3pm, although my checkout is at 11am. On Saturday around 11 am the resurant and bar were closed. So I had to travel somewhere else to eat. The rooms had comfy robes and the house keepers were nice.
