Great location, spacious and very convenient. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The location is very central so easy to walk to the main sites and also two malls in very close proximity. The hotel & residences is itself part of a plaza block which has restaurants, ATMs, starbucks, bar, convenience store making it very convenient. The staff were very courteous and speak good english too. Room was very clean and spacious, included washing machine and ironing board.Overall, highly recommended.

My husband and I, along with our family, had a wonderful vacation. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the kitchen to the washing machine. One of the highlights was the pool with a stunning view of the Saigon River. Watching the sunset from there was simply amazing. Our kids and grandkids absolutely loved the space. The location is also a big plus—very close to the city center, Ben Thanh Market, and the Fine Arts Museum. The staff here were attentive, especially the owner and manager, who were incredibly kind and always quick to help. If you're looking for a great place for your family, this is the perfect choice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was located in a more local area that was only a cheap 5-10min grab ride away from the tourist destinations in other districts. We liked the view and the establishments such as convenience store and coffee shops on the ground floor of the building. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Toiletries, slippers, hangers (there were A LOT), and a laundry machine were also provided. Bryan was hands-on and quick to accommodate our questions, even an extension requested just the night before. Only points for improvement I can think of would be to have a rack inside the shower where we can put toiletries and to have a change of towels if the stay is longer than 2 days. However, those were not an inconvenience anyway.

Unprofessional and privately owned

The property itself was decent, but the check-in process was a mess. I was asked multiple times to send my passport through a messaging app, even though I offered to show it in person. This caused a 2–3 hour delay, only to find out the key had been available the whole time. The unit is managed privately, not through the building’s official reception, which led to confusion and no on-site support. Towels were not clean, and despite repeated requests, replacements were never delivered. The same ID excuse was used again, which made no sense. If you’re expecting a smooth check-in or any support during your stay, this isn’t the place.

Dishonest management

Decided last minute to book a vacation to Vietnam, booked the hotel and flight only to find out a few hours later that our VISA would not be approved in time. After only a few hours, we reached out to the hotel to see if we could get a refund, or at least a partial refund as we where not going to be able to visit Vietnam this time around. At first we called the hotel that asked us to send an email as it was night time and they dont want to speak on the phone during night time? I found that very alarming, is the reception located next to the rooms!? Anyway, he gave me an email address to send to, which was a strange gmail address that did not even work!? Long story short, the hotel management stopped replying to our phonecalls and whatsapp messages. Notabene, the hotel has a few different names listed on Hotels.com, therefore while we where looking at the options, we confused some of their offers and booked a non-refundable option (our bad, yes, but while looking at multiple different selections they offered, this was not on most of them. We therefore missed that this option was non refundable) As explained to the hotel contact, we did not demand a refund, only asked for it as we only held the booking for a couple of hours and given the scenario, we where not going to make it to Vietnam at all. My frustration is mainly regarding the hotel staff attitude, the fact that they just stopped answering, without even informing us of their decision implies dishonesty, Be careful!
