Very clean, on the best street in Lunenberg for dining and shopping. Sparsely furnished tho, but fine for a place to sleep.

2/10 Poor

Never again
To start with the good: check in was very nice and the staff were lovely. Otherwise wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the price. Room was not clean, dust bunnies everywhere. Pillows were horrific and lumpy. Bed is super uncomfortable. Was charged for wine in the room that we never opened (this was refunded after multiple back and forth calls, and the management was very kind and apologetic).

The property reflect the pass. Since it reflects the pass you should take out the carpets and particularly in this kind of historic building.

You have to check in at a noisy crowded bar and then enter the room down a service corridor for the restaurant past broken furniture, etc. We chose the room for the deck with a view of the harbor so enjoyed sitting there. The staff were very nice. The room was pretty dated but otherwise clean and comfortable. Great location. Parking is a pain. No onsite parking. Was hard finding a spot and then you have to pay.

Very convenient to waterfront. Great food and service in restaurant. As a senior, 2 flights of stairs. No hotel staff to help. Was there 2 days, no clean towels. Carpets way past due for replacing.

This is a nice place to stay with dining available on the lower floor. However, it is not an accessible property and there are many stairs. There was construction going on next door so parking was limited. It is a bit outdated but clean. Checking in takes place in the restaurant which is a little odd and was very busy when I arrived. Overall, it was convenient for my work visit.

Not bad for a night
It was interesting checking in at the restaurant below, but the room was clean. It was good for a night, but if we were staying longer we would have maybe stayed somewhere else. It was right near the port though so the location was great.

It was unremarkable. Very small room, uneven floors with a partial view of the harbour. Room however, was clean and was okay for a one night stay in an area where accommodations are difficult to find due to the number or visitors to the area.

Checking in at the Bar was different. Carpets and area outside of room were very dingy. Pleasantly surprised room was very nice and clean. Great view of ocean and bluenose in the harbour. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Felt slopped towards your head.
