Just overall great experience. Comfort, cleanliness, everything we needed was very accessible and accommodating. They offered a variety of amenities, things most higher priced 5 star hotels would offer for half the price. We will be returning to this location anytime we come in town to visit with family.

This was our second stay at the Towneplace Suites in Crown Point. It is in a great location, and is a brand new hotel. My only two wishes are that the beds were more comfortable and that there was some sort of pancake or waffle at breakfast. When we stayed there the first time, I thought it was just because the hotel was so new that they didn't have the waffle makers going, but now several months later still no waffles (or pancakes). Every other Towneplace Suites we have stayed at have always had that option. I would love to see it next time we're there! All of this to say, we will definitely stay there again and I would recommend you do too!

I found the hotel to be clean, quiet and conveniently located near the interstate with easy access to mall shopping and great food options customer service is excellent at the hotel Jade and Lilywent above and beyond to make me feel like a welcome guest and were exceptionally helpful during my stay.
