Delighted!

Traveling cross country and stayed in several hotels from East to West coast, we were very pleasantly impressed with this hotel! Spacious room that was clean and nicely decorated. The lobby was similarly decorated and the morning breakfast was the best we have encountered this far! Kudos to all!!!

The woman who welcomed us at the desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, especially the bedding and the bathroom (and I am extremely picky). When we left for dinner I mentioned that our sink wasn’t draining well. The woman at the desk said she’d ask maintenance to fix it before we got back and they did! Really good service!

Comfy beds

The good: the beds and pillows are very comfortable and seemed freshly laundered, the front desk staff was friendly The bad: the guest floor hallway smelled awful like burnt funk, our room smelled like it had been generously doused with some sort of odor masking fragrance which is irritating to the senses and makes you wonder about the actual cleanliness, the floors and the chair in the room were dirty with stuck food on the carpet and the last guest's hair on the bathroom floor, the staff could improve their professionalism; housekeeping staff had equipment crowding walkways and other staff having loud personal conversations- it creates an unwelcoming environment. In all, it wasn't terrible and we rested well but if you are particular about room cleanliness, this hotel may disappapoint you.
