I loved that shopping and tourist spots where within a min walk to some very amazing places. Rooms were appropriately sized, although are stay was 4 days time spent in the rooms was limited as there is some much to see and do! I would recommend staying again.

The hotel is located to the center of the plaza. Walking distance to a lot of places in the plaza. Besides of that the room was ok but bad thing the beds mattress was hard as a rock. The sheets were stained on the mattress. Top Window was broken so could here all traffic passing threw. Hot water would take about 5 minutes and it was warm not hot. Lobby was clean and worker are friendly.

The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the cathedral, main square, and light rail lines 2 and 3. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However...I found several roaches crawling throughout my room during my stay. I told the front desk and I asked to speak to the manager. They told me his name was Christian and that he would be available the next day to speak with me. Each day of my visit, I asked to speak to him. He never called me, and he never seemed to be there, morning, afternoon, or evening. The staff did offer to change my room, but the manager never reached out to me despite my repeated requests and attempts. That's truly poor customer service, especially when a guest brings a dead roach to the front desk and says they want to speak with the hotel manager. So, buyer beware with Hotel Dali. it's a nice hotel if everything goes well, but if something isn't right, I wouldn't expect management to be there for you. The staff seems like they care, but the management clearly does not.

Armando is the best! I was feeling very sick and he lifted my spirits. He helped me with my bags even though I was out of time, money & energy. Armando pointed me in the right direction of the pharmacy & always put a smile on my face. People like this are special and rare in this world. He made me feel like I was right at home. This incredible man deserves a raise, a promotion and more vacation time. I’ll never forget him or his kindness. He made my stay easier, comfortable, more joyful, memorable and I’ll definitely be telling my all of my friends and family to stay at Hotel Dali.
