Good hotel. Located at the end of Dubai, close to Sharjah. Breakfast is very busy, and choice is very limited if you are not Indian national.

Absolutely horrible management and customer service. AC did not function, internet was down for 3days and the staff kept lieing about it. We didn’t get fresh towels for 2days. Fire alarm kept going off 2-3 times almost every night between 4:00-5:00Am. The only staff member who was helpful was Taha at front desk.

좋은 호텔
혼자지내기엔 너무 큰 방이었습니다. 5박하면서 정말 편안하게 묵었어요. 매일 물도 2병, 4병씩 주고 방과 욕실이 굉장히 넓어서 편했어요. 조식도 매일 약간씩 다르게 구성되어 좋았어요. 단 한가지 아쉬운건 조식먹는곳이 너무 좁아요. 인도 단체여행객이 온건지 아침내내 사람이 많아서 식당안에서 움직이기도 힘들정도였어요. 줄도 안서고 손으로 음식을 집었다가 다시 손으로 음식을 되돌려놓는 사람들이있어서 좀 그랬어요. 어느나라에서 온건지 물으니 인도라고 하더군요 식당안에 테이블을 맡아놓고, 음식을 가지러 가면 다른 사람들이 와서 먹고 있어서, 추운데 야외테이블을 이용하게 되더군요 이런걸 관리해줘야 할거 같아요. 그외에 직원들도 친절하고, 호텔시설도 좋고, 아주 만족스러웠어요.
