I would have given this 5 stars if not for the property not accepting credit card payments (only cash and GCash!) and the kitchen not having a microwave oven. I love that the family suite we got was very spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Although the surrounding areas can get flooded, the overall vicinity (being near Okada and MOA) is nice and I suppose, safe as well. The pool was nice as well and the cafe good as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

This location is out of the way from downtown core but provides seclusion, privacy and quiet. Convenience stores and walkable restaurants near by. Should you have interest in casino and events Okada Hotel is near by.

The area around is still undeveloped or unoccupied. The wind passes from the window, through the room, and into the hallway, making a loud sound when it is windy outside. The cleaning staff entered despite no sign. The cafe and their staff was fantastic.

Shower head broken and if you look seriously enough the hotel is not very well built. It’s very windy in the area because it’s near the ocean but the staff keeps the door locked so it’s not very professional and it’s very inconvenient for us because we have to go to a dingy alley way to go outside. The staff aren’t very friendly, they don’t smile or greet you. The good thing was the bed and comforter.

I’m very happy I chose this hotel. Breakfast buffet, excercise room, outdoor swimming pool is humongous and very clean, rooms are modernized and very spacious, couch, warm shower, sink, coffee and water in room, very quiet and dark when needed to sleep from a 24 hour flight itinerary, air conditioning works fabulous, free shuttle to airport, close to airport, can purchase lunch and dinner.. I would recommend a stay here…. I have no complaints..

The family room is spacious, beds are definitely our favorite, no coffee/tea they only have creamer and sugar they probably forgot to leave us some tea or coffee, there’s a little bit smell in one of the room and can be smell from the kitchen and there’s an extra toilet in the kitchen that probably somebody used it and forgot to clean, above all we like the bedrooms

3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, only wish we had more time to stay here. Complimentary airport shuttle saved my family of 5 $1300php! My phone died the day before we checked in so we were stuck taking a cab from the airport to the hotel.
