Hotel in good location downtown. Close to restaurants and skating and amenities and hospital. Upgraded room upon checkin which was nice. Breakfast was great with hot and cold items. They also provided lunchbag breakfast for early meetings. Would definitely stay again.

The room sizes are large and comfortable with a more than adequate kitchen space. Very clean. The best feature was that the staff were so attentive and friendly and welcoming. Every member from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the cleaners, went out of their way to look after you and make sure you had everything you needed. Way above and beyond. Even after I had checked out I was spending time waiting in the lobby before heading out to the train station there was a nice gentleman cleaning the floors who offered to get me a coffee or tea. The only negative was that the toilets are unusually loud when flushed. Not a problem for me as I was travelling alone this time but if my husband was with me we definitely would have woken each other up using the facilities in the middle of the night. The positives definitely outweigh that one negative. I would definitely stay here again.

I like this property because it is on the water, quiet and always book the 2 bedroom suite with the island view. While breakfast is included, some of the items are not to my liking, but there is a variety and you can find something to eat. The suite is clean and the beds are comfortable. Having a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher is a plus.

Really nice and clean hotel, conveniently located, the room has all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good, everyone from the family has found their own meal to eat. -very much enjoyed being on the water, plus the waterfront area around the hotel was immaculately kept, with a multitude of comfortable Muskoka chairs and benches for seating. Handicapped parking could be improved. There were only two spots and the one we were assigned was hard against the hotel wall, a very tight squeeze to get into and not very close to the entrance. Fortunately, we did not have a handicapped van with a side exit as none of the spots would have accommodated such a vehicle.

Room 102 was terrible not for cleaning. Lots of items were broken. I have stayed same room couple of months ago and it was broken from that time. I have informed the front desk that time as well this time also. 1. Kitchen faucet is broken. It’s coming out at your hand. You can still use it by pushing every time. 2. Exhaust fan in the master bedroom is not working properly. It stops automatically and starts automatically. Same bathroom towel holder under the sink is broken. The condition of the room is look like as a roadside Lodge of $50 per night. Management should look at this.
