Had a great stay! Room was a good size, with all the standard amenities but including sleeping robes. The people were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Had a full sized bath/shower and on-site laundry facilities. Staff helped arrange shipping our larger luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto, saving us a lot of hassle.

Really great stay. The room was very small as expected for Tokyo but with everything needed including kitchen and washing machine. The lobby had tea and coffee as well as a few small treats set out. There was also information on Sakura viewing sites and general information on Tokyo. Luggage storage was also provided. Many restaurants near by as well.

Comfy cozy

The location of the hotel is great. It had several places around the hotel to eat. There are family mart and 7 eleven close by as well. The staff are friendly and always have smiling faces. The room was also great except when you have to take out the key to turn off the light. When the lights are all off, everything is off. You won’t be able to charge your phone overnight except if you plug the charger where the lamp is connected. I loved how they have a balcony per floor and microwave and laundry in the building. It’s design is very efficient.

I feel like we were tricked. When we booked the hotel the pictures made it look recently renovated and new. The room we got must have been the one that wasn’t renovated because it was quite run down and everything looked worn and kind of dirty.
