Wonderful Stay

This was my first stay at an Axel hotel and it was wonderful. The staff are amazingly helpful and rhe property is immaculate. The location is easy to get to and makes a perfect base for exploring Bilbao.

Excellent boutique style hotel

Fantastic hotel, great location in centre of Bilbao. Very friendly and exceptional reception staff. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms with great shower. Delicious, fresh and tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Great coffee and breakfast staff so friendly and helpful. We didn’t use roof top pool as weather not hot enough, but looked stunning and will return in the summer to try it out. Cannot recommend more highly.

Fint hotell med HBTQ-inriktning. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Blev uppgraderad till fint rum med speciell badrumslösning. Inga garderober, men annan lösning för upphängning av kläderna. OK frukostbuffé: inte mycket alternativ av flingor. Ingen kaffemaskin, utan man fick beställa sitt kaffe som dock var gott.
