Good hotel when staying in Lautzenhausen
Second time staying here when using Hahn airport. It's a few minutes walk from the terminal but there is a shuttle bus as well. There is plenty of parking for those driving. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant was packed with parties but the helpful staff found me a spot so I could eat. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick.

nice restaurant but last orders at 9pm. I arrived about 8.55pm so was told to go straight to restaurant (not even possible to leave the luggage in the room?!) the rooms are terrible - I am convinced I got bitten by something as I had a rash on my leg the following morning.

Out dated hotel
I booked a stay at My Palace Hotel based on the glowing reviews and high ratings online, but I feel compelled to say that those reviews are far from accurate. The hotel is rated as “wonderful,” but in reality, it was below average at best. While the staff were okay and tried to be helpful, the facility itself was incredibly outdated. The carpets were worn, the bathrooms were old and in need of an upgrade, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, one of the beds didn’t even have pillows or proper bedding, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Considering the state of the facility, the price was ridiculously high, making this stay feel like a complete rip-off. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until major renovations and improvements are made. The current ratings are misleading, and potential guests should be cautious.
