A good, affordable option

I was unsure of the hotel because of all the poor reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! A/C worked so well that I had to turn it off a couple times, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the staff was kind enough to hold my luggage for me while I waited for my ride.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Very large room with a kitchen - unheard of, for Manhattan. Quiet room, great neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and we were able to be accommodated with our small dog for a reasonable fee. Highly recommend for a short or a long stay in NYC. We'll be back for sure. Lana

Fridge and Microwave!

Liked that it had a microwave and a fridge. I don’t know why the floor was a little sticky but I wore my sandals. Bathroom shower was great! Nice big bed, close to Battery Park, World Trade Centre.
