Although the property is beautiful and well maintained, the staff excluding Ray from breakfast and the Italian restaurant and Woodly from reception, service has been the worst out of many all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. When asked for a specific item being food, drinks, or even towels, their response was we ran out no attempt what so ever to help you. I Would never come back!!!

We stay for 7 days, the resort have beautiful amenities and has a lot of potential, the problem are the rooms, I have email the property to request a room with easy access because my husband just had surgery and have difficulties for long walks, I never received a response. When we arrived i ask and there was nothing available and the room I book from the photos was not available as well. When we received the room that was all the way at the end line of the property it was a big disapointment, the floor was dirty, very small "family room", garbage can on the bathroom broke, door very difficult to open, shower clog and as a result water coming outside to the hall. Water park was nothing like you see on the photos online, it is very old color are fade it, screws on the slides are uneven and very little water on them as a result kids have to push themselves down. Also the beach was completely full of sargasso. Will I come back? absolutely NO.

I stayed at Grand Sirenis from August 20-24th and we did not have a pleasant experience. I would rate this hotel at a 2 star at most. It was very hot in Punta Cana and the air conditioning in room was not great, felt warm, had to be changed rooms due to cleanliness. Our second room the bathroom had a leak and phone wires exposed. TV was also not working. Restaurants were very hot. Not a lot of activities for kids once pools close. Waterpark looked very unsafe, my kids love waterparks and didn't go down slides that much due to looking unsafe. If you are not a member don't get to use golf carts. Service was not great, the hotel was packed and the people that worked there did not seem happy to be waiting on you. Restaurants were also not well kept. The entire hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Do not go here if you are planning on going in August. They did not clean seaweed on beach well, couldn't use beach.

The waterpark had only a few slides—some not working—and it felt overcrowded due to outside guests being allowed in. The gym was small, with limited equipment and only four treadmills. Pools were large but some too deep, and the bar areas were often packed and uncomfortable. Service was hit or miss. Many staff members seemed more focused on getting tips than offering good service. At the Japanese restaurant, a chef made inappropriate comments in Spanish about not expecting tips from our mostly female table, then didn’t offer dessert. When we returned with more family, a different chef was professional and kind—clearly, the issue was with that one staff member. Accessibility was a major problem. My grandmother didn’t get her room until 7 PM, and despite repeated requests, no wheelchair was provided—we had to rent one ourselves. Food was repetitive, though breakfast was decent. The steakhouse and coffee shop were the highlights, especially thanks to Gris and another kind pregnant staff member there. Overall, not worth the price. We won’t return.

At the Japanese restaurant, a chef made inappropriate comments in Spanish about not expecting tips from our mostly female table, then didn’t offer dessert. When we returned with more family, a different chef was professional and kind—clearly, the issue was with that one staff member. Accessibility was a major problem. My grandmother didn’t get her room until 7 PM, and despite repeated requests, no wheelchair was provided—we had to rent one ourselves. Food was repetitive, though breakfast was decent. The steakhouse and coffee shop were the highlights, especially thanks to Gris and another pregnant lady which i forgot her name there. Overall, not worth the price. We won’t return.
