I had a deeply frustrating experience at The Madison. Despite booking my room three weeks in advance, when I arrived around 9 p.m., I found that my room had already been given to someone else. Shockingly, when I went down to the lobby to resolve the issue, the staff confirmed this and offered no apology or refund. Instead, they relocated me to a different hotel 15 minutes away from where I needed to be.
To make matters worse, they threatened to kick me out of the hotel simply for leaving a negative review. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. The property is not as advertised, and I strongly urge others to do their due diligence before booking here.
