Comfortable stay and welcoming staff
I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast. Ample room amenities. Clean. No elevator but the person who checked me in carried my heavy bag upstairs for me and didn't expect a tip. Concierge held my bags while I walked around.

The hotel was comfortable and the bed was excellent. Hallway noise is easily heard and the area of town isn’t the best. Breakfast was ample. Strict 4:00 check in was somewhat irritating. Included parking was very convenient although there was no easy access to parking lot from hotel.

Nice enough.
Hotel is nice enough for the price but. No elevator. Lugging luggage up stairs. Bed was lumpy and squicky. They charge extra 40 for the send person. Breakfast was not good. Eggs cold. Turkey sausage cold. No where to sit and eat except in the lobby. Rooms have no table or a single chair. You basically are renting a room and that’s it. Oh yes water in shower barely got hot enough. It was very clean and not bad again for the price.

Great Boutique Hotel
We were able to check in early, and that made our day so much easier. Kevin at the front desk was so helpful, and he gave us ideas for food delivery as it was Christmas Eve. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedding and towels were very plush. The free continental breakfast the next morning was more than continental and included potatoes, eggs, and meats. It was also a quick ride to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this nice little hotel to anyone.

Will not return
The outlet in the bathroom did not work so doing my hair was a nightmare. No light in the closet. The bed was not sturdy. There were floor boards that were not whole. This “hotel” is next to the hood it looked like. We weren’t too sure until I walked in and it wasn’t that bad on the inside. The parking lot is secure with 24/hr surveillance. There was only one entrance so make sure you don’t forget anything. We wound up not being comfortable in the room and leaving at 2am. But they have a drop box for your keys so that made it very easy. Just waiting on my security deposit return.

Spend your money somewhere else
Checked in at 1am to someone who did not seem happy to be doing their job at the front desk. Then 3am rolls around and the ceiling started to leak, causing a terrible sleeping experience. Then check out and told by the front desk they will not charge me for the free breakfast that is advertised on the listing.
