Laid back easy place to stay, location is great, short distance to everything Big Bear has to offer. Never even saw an employee, they text me the door codes and we were good to go. My favorite part was the single "What's going on in Big Bear this week" type of magazine was from 2023. My kinda place.

This resort has a great location and the people working there are very hospitable. I had a very comfortable evening and slept really well. It's close to town where there's free public parking.

Nice, but dated property. Bit disappointed that when we showed up for our late August stay, the pool was drained (and we had chosen this property in large part b/c it had the outdoor pool). Also, Wifi was so slow it was unusable (0.4 MBs). But great location on the main road and walkable to some things.

Me and my Husband stayed Feb 12th to the 14th we enjoyed our stay and will be back again the gentleman at the front desk is very kind and has awesome customer service. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and made our stay relaxing what were came to Big Bear for thank you from Connie Carr

There was a pho restaurant on site that we ordered take out from. It was convenient and very much needed on that first night we were there. The parking was easy, the check-in/out process was super easy.

An enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed the accommodations, we didn't utilize the fireplace, however we probably should have but the two heaters didn't seem to be sufficient for the cold evenings. Overall it was really spacious and exceptionally clean. Definitely would go back to visit again.

Cabin retreat with fireplace

Loved this cabin. It has a fireplace and and upstairs. The kitchen was great for cooking and there's a porch patio. Extremely comfortable.

Older facility with small bathroom, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of places to eat if you did not want to take advantage of the full kitchen in the room.

Very good hotel close to Big Bear slake Village. Clean, in good condition, easy check in and check out, Hotel room has everything you need for a short and long stay. AC is a plus in hot summer days an nights. Will definitely stay again.
