My biggest complaint comes from the food, mediocre, and pricey, more the mediocre than the price, I understand it’s Mediterranean style food, but no spice, no salt, I asked for some type of breakfast meat with my breakfast eggs, none available, fix the food menu. Staff was great. New hotel, so I definitely think it can be salvaged.

The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of many popular restaurants and shops. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. The beach was well-maintained and free of seaweed, unlike other hotels nearby. The food was delicious—I highly recommend the burrata pizza, and the Layla burger was fantastic! The bar offers a good variety of traditional cocktails as well as house specialties. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Sana Tulum!

Beautiful property. The staff were absolutely fantastic! There is not a need that you might have that the staff will not tend too. John and Adna will do everything to make sure your stay is fabulous. This property is further down in hotel zone, quiet, clean, and the staff will park the car for you. Absolutely beautiful rooms. The beds were not comfortable to me but they did add extra padding for comfort which did help. There is a closet for your clothes but no dressers. They provide you with all the toiletries. Definitely a 10/10. Absolutely stunning property and awesome staff.
