The place was centrally located to shopping, food l, and transportation! The staff were very helpful and friendly and were there to assist if needed. The breakfast was delicious and was always on time, we will definitely stay there again!!

Great place to stay for a few days. I stayed 4 nights and probably stay there again on my next trip to Colombia. I liked that it is not near any night club and about 15 minutes drive/ride from Poblado. If you don't mind spending the extra 15-20 minutes drive/ride, this is a good option, affordable and breakfast included.

It has been my favorite lodging in Medellín. It's in the Belen/La Mota area, away from any tourist zones. It is in front of the Arkardia Shopping Center, on the busy Avenida 80. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in your room, and room service is available throughout the day. Each apartment is spacious with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. If you want to be in the middle of bars and restaurant scenes like Poblado, this is not the hotel to stay at. However, if you want to enjoy authentic Colombian hospitality, it is the place.

Valentina and Tatiana were awesome. I didn't learn as much Spanish as I would have liked but With translations through my telephone they were very helpful. There was a mall across the street. And around the corner less than a 5 minute walk away there was a strip of restaurants and drug stores. And it was an apartment not a hotel room.

The Aparta Hotel Is an apartment with a reception like a hotel. Each apartment has a living room, a small kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a sink and toilet only), and a bedroom. Basic plates, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, fridge, and coffee maker are in the kitchen. You order breakfast as a room service, and it is included. The staff is helpful and friendly, but I don't know if they speak English. There is a large shopping center across the street, and there are plenty of busses to the Metro station. It costs around $25 to get there by Uber from the airport.

I was quite happy staying here my room was not quite so I did get to move no hassle Friendly receptionists accommodated all our requests-early packed breakfast since we were out almost every Dayi am planning to coming back and staying a whole Canadian winter here Lovely Hugh shopping Cente across the steet and grocery store in the basement Price Smart across the mall need membership to shop there I had no idea Felt safe walking around lots of place to walk to eat shop all felt safe for me had no issues for two single females 62/70

I really like the housekeeping they go above and beyond especially Luce. Luce cleaned and enhanced our apartment so well that I didn't stop asking who cleaned my room that Saturday until I found her and rewarded her. Great job Luce 👏. The spelling of her name might be wrong, but that how it's pronounced. The room service for breakfast each morning was phenomenal. Once again with the limited Spanish I speak we were able to make it great 9/10 mornings. I had the same server 8/9 mornings and we got it done 😁. The bathroom vanity and faucet are dated and need replacing or repaired. But all in all I had a great vacation and I would stay there again.

This place has some great perks, but it’s important to weigh the pros and cons. The location is good - right in front of a big mall. But it’s not in a super touristy area, which could be a plus or a minus depending on what you’re looking for. The apartments are a bit smaller than they seem in the pictures, and the furniture is a bit old and worn out. But it’s still functional. The outside noise can be a bit loud, and there’s no soundproofing at all. The bathroom is tiny and the hot water isn’t always reliable. The breakfast is included, which is a nice touch. But you have to order room service and the food selection is pretty limited. The food is good, though. The air conditioning is only in the room, not in the other areas. It can get pretty hot, especially if it’s sunny outside. If you need air conditioning in all the rooms, this might not be the best choice for you. The staff is really friendly and helpful. In summary, the value for your money is pretty good, and depending on your needs, this can be a great option for your stay in Medellin.
