Poor functionality
The Hotel is in a conservation area. It has been refurbished tastefully. Still exposing some of the buildings traditional features.
The problems though.
1) projection unit instead of TV
2) we stay on GF. Above was a family room that had a childrens slide. All through the day and most of the night banging from children on the slide.
We kept calling reception to resolve the issue upto 1am. Nothing was done.
My lady went to reception and was told to call the other room directly. This we did the other guest told us we should move.
This was my birthday celebration and this was not a good experience for a 67 year old
